He was patient, answered numerous questions as I was trading in my truck and buying a newer truck from out of State (Minnesota), understood my apprehension in regard to the long distance transaction, and was friendly and welcoming when my family and I arrived at the Dealership. There was never any pressure and Nick and the Northtown Team provided me with as much time as necessary to inspect the truck. Since I was purchasing a F150 with the Powerboost Hybrid system, Nick and the Team were great and I was able to take it to the local Ford Dealership to have it scanned and inspected to ensure that everything was working properly - thank you! Our out of state purchase went better than expected! I could not be more pleased with our purchase and our experience with this group of people. From the sales assitant, to our sales rep, to the finance manager, and everyone in between, they completely knocked it out of the park and exceeded our expectations. The sales rep took extra time and care with us to ensure we could see everything we needed to on the vehicle since we were not onsite. They were positive, professional, and did a great job of providing value through the entire process. Nick was our sales person and helped us with everything we asked for, including a fantastic shipping company! Tom was our Finance manager, and the entire team was consistent and supportive. What a great experience shopping at Northtown for a used GMC pickup! Dusty went above and beyond to help us. He is a very kind and knowledgeable person. Thank you Dusty! Northtown's customer service is top notch. Their store is big and clean as well. They have a nice area to sit and have a free cup of coffee while you wait too.
