Mark Mercer is an excellent Sales Executive to work with! We saw the Jeep on Facebook. Came and looked at it on Sunday. Took pictures of it and I saw some paint drips and dog claws on the handles but the Jeep is in mint condition other than the driver mirror so far. We will keep notice of things and bring it in when needed!!! We traded a Toyota 4 door SUV for a 4 door Jeep 🚙! We have a 2 door Jeep Tuscadaro Pink! The Jeep family is growing! Nothing but pressure sales and complete chaos. They don’t listen to a single thing you want. I dealt with three different people, and not one of them knew what the others had told me. Zero communication. Zero respect for the customer. I even put a deposit down on a vehicle, and after the way I was treated, I wouldn’t spend one more dime here. To top it off, they haven’t even bothered calling in the past two days to follow up or ask about my deposit. That tells you everything you need to know. Walked away and went to Newport Richey GMC, where they actually listened, treated us like humans, and got us exactly what we wanted. Night and day difference.

I really appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I wasn’t sure what my warranty would cover or even the proper process for getting my truck in, but the gentleman (Josiah) I spoke with walked me through everything step-by-step and immediately got me scheduled. I was originally told it could take a day or two to diagnose and repair, but they actually had my truck repaired and ready for pickup by the end of the same day it was brought in. The entire experience was fast, friendly, and stress-free. Definitely recommend this dealership and service department. Great communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish.
