We test drove the vehicle and he described and pointed out the features which I appreciated. Love the follow up communication over email and texts. Had all the features and upgrades I was looking for.

Omar was a life saver today! My rear view mirror (GMC Yukon) just fell off while traveling from Northern CA. The mirror was shaking on the freeway, and I wasn’t comfortable driving it home. He was so kind and helpful to take a quick look for me and my kids— fixed it in a matter of seconds, and even took it for a quick car wash! Very grateful for him! If that’s the kind of service that is there, I would highly recommend others going!

A GREAT experience at the GMC dealership. My husband and I walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, GMC Yukon XL 4x4 and 8 seater, We had been searching for it in my area (OC) and no one had it. My husband found it online in Sherman oaks. Anyway we walked in and a sales rep was at the front desk. His name is Pete. We told him what we wanted but I preferred a representative that spoke Spanish. He understood and started looking for someone that could help us in Spanish. After some time of waiting he came back and told us that they were all busy with customers if we'd like to wait or if he could help us. I decided to give him the opportunity to help us and I would translate to my husband. I'm honestly glad I gave him the opportunity because when Pete went to look for the GMC to show it to us the Spanish speaking salesman shows up trying to help and we explained what we wanted and his answer was, "oh no, oh no those cars are no longer made, it's very difficult to find one, you'd be lucky to find one." my husband told him,"well you guys have one here at the dealership, that's why we came, we have been checking your inventory online and the person helping us now went to get it for us to see/test drive it." To which he answered,"ok, he's here," and he just turned and walked away. Pete took really good care of, his service was really good, and he kept us updated through out the whole process. Thank you Pete, we will definitely be going back to GMC and looking for Pete on our next purchase.
