Burdick Nissan

Amazing experience from start to finish. JD Wiggin at Nissan was an outstanding salesman, and Mo, the sales manager, was just as great to work with. They both went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I truly felt valued as a customer, and they made the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. This was by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Roy Heath many times... I turned in my lease, Chevy Trax. I got a new lease on a Nissan Kicks. I also dealt with Brandyn Nystrom from the Nissan dealership... The lights don't even out on the road. There's a black space between the beam that darkens the center line. It's had unbelievable electrical problems. Today the back up cam froze and the car wouldn't start almost every time I got in it. I'm being stonewalled by Nissan North America and; Burdick Nissan literally refused me any service and the GSM lied to me about saying the chassis test wasn't part of my original concerns. Well, under a blank sheet and 5 pages below what Burdick Nissan service wanted me to sign, I found the original work order and took a picture of it. It's at the bottom, in the pics. It mentions loose paneling lmao!! And a CHASSIS TEST!! Don't buy here. I'm still being made to drive this and getting the cold shoulder from all dealerships! But Burdick, where we bought it with 5 miles on it, said get it out of here!!! Bought it mid April. I'm not bsing! ECP plus told me to escalate it past them too lol.
