A sales person who goes above and beyond to help you really see what you need. Talk you through setting the technical details up and follows up later to see how you are adjusting to your purchase. I am a 73 year old lifelong collector/caregiver of classic and muscle cars and currently own 36 such vehicles. In ALL of my dealings over the years, I have experienced very few, if not any of my purchases that compared to my dealings with Burke Chevrolet in Northampton, MA! I purchased a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport convertible and drove 1,400 miles to acquire this vehicle, sight unseen, and upon arrival it met, if not exceeded ALL of my expectations. Great experience buying my new Traverse. They don’t treat you like a number at Burke. They truly appreciate your business as they help guide your purchase. Hector walked me through all the new technology inside the vehicle. I had tons of questions but Hector was so patient with me and even said to swing in anytime for another tutorial if needed. I also noticed how the staff at Burke acknowledged and welcomed everyone who walked in the door that day.

Terrible bait and switch. Here is my conformation email of my service appointment. And here is my charge. My wife brought the truck in for my scheduled service. They knew I wanted to use the service coupon, otherwise they would not have sent me the confirmation email with the coupon price. I never had an issue at Automall in brattleboro. I will never go back to Burke again!
