Great service from Alex and Jaik at Burlington Jeep Dodge. From the minute we walked in until we left hours later, we were treated exceptionally. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. They took the time to answer all questions and made sure everything was handled the right way. They are also storing the car until we are ready for pickup, which we really appreciate. Jaik and Alex even went the extra step of loaning us a large bow for us to use when presenting the car as a gift, which shows great attention to detail. Financing was easy and efficient as well, quick, straightforward, and hassle-free, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I had a great experience at this dealership. No unexpected fees and upfront pricing. Got a great deal on a car and they really worked to get me the best price nesessary. I even got a great warranty for a good deal. They rushed to get us waters and offered snacks and coffee too. Femi was particularly helpful and so kind. He even helped me set up the navigation in the car. And said they will fix a small dent in the car I didn't even make a comment on. Great people here!

I had such a great experience at Burlington Jeep dealership on Tuesday, After a really frustrating service visit at a local Jeep dealership literally 15 minutes from my home , I decided to come here despite it being 40 mins away from my home, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely accommodating. The entire service department was incredible, but a special thank you to Mitchell Cassel, who went above and beyond to take care of me. He made the entire process smooth and made me feel like a truly valued customer. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days.
