Let this review serve as a warning for potential buyers. Would you actively purchase a car from a company that fraudulently puts inspection stickers on their cars?! I purchased a used vehicle from Burlington Hyundai that was inspected by this dealer. In order for a car to pass inspection the dealer must remove at least one tire to inspect pads and rotors. This is a task any auto dealer should perform for a basic state inspection. The issue is that the dealer sold me a car with locked lug nuts that had no lug key. They therefore lied about inspecting the vehicle. I noticed this when my vehicle got a flat less than a month from purchasing the car. I reported this dealer to a detective at the DMV and am sure they received nothing less than a slap on the wrist. I just hope they don't wind up hurting someone through their lies. Not to mention the horrific damage they did to the car to remove the locked lug and the fact that I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks for something as simple as a flat tire. I have attached evidence below... Please do not buy into the AI generates post below from Carolyn Adam's. They have not reached out to me and do not care. More evidence that the reviews that are generated for this business are completely dishonest!!

I am so satisfied with Hyundai Burlington. I was in Vermont for a ski trip and my engine light was on since Sunday and there was no autoshop open around to fix it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey, and I have to drive back on Monday. So I booked an appointment on Monday in a different Hyundai location and they said they’re full and they can’t squeeze me in and same in another location. Finally, my boyfriend called the Burlington location and i’m so thankful to Carolyn for understanding my situation and she was able to squeeze me in that Monday and they were able to fix whatever my car is having issues with. And James even gave me a free carwash coupon few minutes away from their location. And Tyler, the technician did an amazing job.

I worked with Sashana to buy a new car and it was a really great experience. I highly recommend her. Update: we had to call multiple times about not having received our first bill from the lender.

I hit a pothole and blew a tire on the I-89 and had my Elantra towed to Burlington Hyundai. Being from Canada, I was grateful that the Service Department was able to repair my car and get me back on the road in less than a day, helping me avoid additional hotel costs. The staff were amazing and professional throughout the process, from intake, to assessing the damage, explaining their findings and recommendations, and carrying out the repairs. I felt that they were very honest with me throughout the process and that the repairs made were good value for the money. I highly recommend this dealership's service department!

They took my car in as soon as I told them my check engine light came on and how it didn’t want to run properly. They were able to give me a loaner car so I could get around for the time they had my car. I was so extremely happy with how they took care of me and my car and wasn’t worried on how long they would have it because I understand how long it takes to get any kind of parts in. Thank you Hyundai and to hard working employees that helped fix my car!
