Always a great experience getting our Tundra serviced.. better than going to the doctor! Friendly knowledgeable staff, nice dealership, and I’m always expecting to pay more for service than I actually have too, unlike the doctors when you sometimes feel a little invaded. Thank you Toyota Burlington for the extra attention to details, quality service and value through and through.

We recently bought a used 2018 Highlander from Burlington Toyota and had an excellent experience. Mensi made the buying process smooth and stress-free, and Matt in service gave us real confidence in the vehicle. After pickup, we discovered a mechanical issue, and it was resolved right away—no hassle, no questions asked. We also received a fair price for our trade-in. Overall, great people and great service. Highly recommend.

I heard good things about Burlington Toyota and now I understand why. It Is a big bright dealership and felt very peaceful. I was introduced to Sales Advisor, Brandon Murray who has a very calm demeanour and was eager to assist. I told Brandon I was interested in the RAV4 XSE model and he was able to answer all my questions, then printed off paperwork for me that identified everything on the vehicle and my Purchase price. With no pressure at all, I was able to leave and take time to think everything over. Several days later, I met up with Brandon again. I made a few minor changes and put down a deposit on the vehicle. Brandon sent me an email when my vehicle arrived, I came in to close the deal. He spent an hour with me to go over all the features of the vehicle and confirmed I could call him at any time if I had any questions about the vehicle or components. I met with Lauren Gowland to select some warranty features, again very stress-free and Lauren was great to work with. Great customer service all the way through. Fantastic experience all around at Burlington Toyota. Communication was excellent, service was above and beyond, and we are thrilled with our new Highlander. Kudos to Quincy for walking us through the process and ensuring everything was lined up perfectly when we picked up our vehicle. He really cared that we had the best customer experience possible.
