We visited over 20 dealerships in our search for a nice used suburban, we will definitely be coming back to Burtness for all of our future vehicles. The whole process from test drive to completed purchase was the smoothest i have ever experienced. We found our suburban at Burtness in Whitewater. I only found a couple minor flaws and when I pointed them out to our salesman Brad Behrens, there was zero discussion. He said they would take care of them and did. They also have the car bravo 12,000 mi / 12 month bumper to bumper warranty included, which is not an option at any of the other dealerships we visited. None of them offered any included warranty. Pricing was very competitive and the vehicles and customer service is far superior to other dealers.
