Bub- great sales guy. Extremely personable and accommodating. Process was smooth. Got what i needed for my trade and a discount off sticker to arrive at the trade difference i was looking for. Now, PDI is another story and why i only gave the overall experience 4 stars. The PDI was the sloppiest i have ever had: big soap streaks across the windshield, some kind of white stocking label taped dead center of the windshield that i had to remove, green tape all over the rear sliding glass that i had to remove. They did not even go to the effort of washing the roof of the truck. The panoramic roof was grimy and filthy. I had to crawl up into the bed and clean that off. I wasnt looking for a detail upon delivery, just these very common sense items that the PDI process should have taken care of, particularly on a $106k vehicle. They gave me a full tank of fuel but did not top off the DEF which was at 80% when i drove away from the dealership.
