Bush Specialty Vehicles

Lord knows I hate this. But I cannot get a call back or an update. I will delete my review when I get a call back in a timely manner. I really liked working with Mr. Bush until now but I need to hear an update. I have left messages with multiple departments and talked with accounting and they were nice but didn't know anything. Please call me back.

Just finished the purchase and pick-up of a Custom Mobile Service Van for our shop. Excellent and easy process from start to finish. Good communication which is always important these days, and they made it easy to pick out and customize our options we needed to make the van perfect for our business. Thank you Anson and team!

Very difficult to work with…they do not communicate well. During the entire process, I had to follow up with them on production, lead times, pricing and important documents. In addition, consistently misrepresented lead times and didn’t seem to care. Also promised me that management would contact…that also didn’t happen. Their leasing department acts like they are doing me favor…avoid at all costs.

Sparklers and fountains being enjoyed by small children,over 100 yards away from the business will bring out the Karen in this owner on the 4th of July. Definitely would not recommend doing any type of business with someone with such low integrity

I'm leasing a 2015 Cascadia with low miles from Bush. Great sales rep and services departments. So far so good!
