I might have paid a couple hundred more than getting treated like just another truck sale in Green Bay. Still my time is worth more than that, I was treated 1st class and everything was done for me, I ordered a truck cap Buss will have my truck picked up taken to its appointment and dropped right back off to me, we pay a little more for a 5 star restaurant, 5 star hotels and resorts, first class flights but for a few dollars more I'm supporting our community and getting the red carpet treatment for my wife and I thanks Matt for all the help, below are pics of 23 years of Chevrolet Trucks and reliability, both from Buss Automotive

Never again. Put a down payment on a vehicle, and submitted the loan application. The vehicle was supposed to arrive from GM the end of the week beginning of the following. Every-time we asked the Sales fella a question, he didn’t know and had to ask his Sales Manager. So we were a little concerned regarding this process from the beginning. Requested an update on when the vehicle would arrive and were told that it’s still at GM in Chicago. The next day, we were told that the vehicle would not be arriving. Explain to me how something can be arriving and then all of a sudden hasn’t even left, and then not even coming in the first place. Additionally how they can take money from you, and run a loan application when this truck never even existed. We were tracking this unknown vehicle on chevrolet.com vehicle locator, the VIN didn’t exist. NOTHING existed with this truck. Contact GM to file a complaint, GM clarified that the vehicle was never in Chicago and in fact the vehicle was delivered TO BUSS on 7/15/2025, and SOLD. Upon picking up the funds that were put down the the vehicle, I confronted the General Manager while on the phone with GM that the vehicle was delivered to Buss on 7/15/2025, and identified that it was the one that was sitting out front weeks ago. The General Manager denied knowing if that was the truck sold, and then later agreed that it was the vehicle that was more than likely out front a few weeks ago. Now explain to me, a lot with 20 cars and a few sales men, you don’t know when a vehicles sold? I’ll beg to disagree, the formal complaint was filed with GM and will be handled on their behalf moving forward. We ended up finding an exact truck at another Chevrolet Dealer and the process was easy, smooth, and full of sincerity. Sometimes supporting local isn’t the way to go! I hope no one ever has to go through this!
