Chandler and the staff at Butler Chevrolet was excellent to work with. He was respectful, and honest. From the time I walked in the door through the finance process, the entire car-buying process was smooth and stress-free. Everything happened exactly the way he said it would. They made something happen that I honestly didn’t think was possible. I drove 2.5 hours to get there, and I was only at the dealership for an hour. It was absolutely worth the trip. Brian was great and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what truck I wanted, what trim level, what features, and what payment I needed to be at. He Did Not have the truck on the lot but, within minutes it he located me one and the next day we sealed the deal. Overall great experience!

Your staff diagnosed the issue quickly and kept him informed throughout the whole process.
