wanted to share a recent experience I had with Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Beaufort in Beaufort, South Carolina. My Ram truck had to be towed to the dealership after all of the electronics suddenly stopped working. Initially, the experience was frustrating, as I did not receive complete information regarding the diagnosis or repair costs when I picked up the truck the following day with a $600 bill. Unfortunately, I was also informed that the main screen was still not functioning — leaving me without a radio, cameras, or other electronic features. The following day, I returned to the dealership and had the opportunity to speak with Trey Rivers, the Service Manager. From that moment on, everything changed. Trey took the time to truly listen, fully understand the situation, and personally ensure that my concerns were addressed. What impressed me most was her professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to customer care. She even arranged to have my truck delivered back to my home. (she personally drove it) This is what I consider true five-star service — going above and beyond expectations to take care of a customer.
