Yesterday I had one of the absolute best car buying experiences I have ever had! I walked into Butler Lexus Macon trading in my two month old 2025 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Design. (that vehicle was purchased at Butler Lexus South Atlanta back in February of 2026) My IS 350 was a gorgeous car, well built, but because of a bad hip and a bad knee, trying to get into and out of that car was like getting in and out of a sardine can. I had seen a 2021 Toyota 4Runner Limited online. When I got to the dealership, I was met by William Kirk, my salesman. This guy has the best personality! Never once did I feel any pressure! I test drove the vehicle, they appraised my Lexus, and in about two hours, I left with a beautiful 4Runner Limited with only 35,000 miles. This vehicle is immaculate! I want to thank William Kirk for washing the vehicle and also filling up the tank. I want to thank Chauncy Alexander too! Two fine men! They are an asset to your business. I would definitely shop at Butler Lexus Macon Georgia, again.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. We purchased a used Toyota 4Runner for our daughter from Butler Lexus and the entire process was fantastic. Ken Campbell was an outstanding salesman - knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely zero pressure. The pricing on the vehicle was excellent as well. Chauncy Alexander in finance made the paperwork quick, easy, and completely straightforward. If you want a dealership that is honest, efficient, and truly customer-focused, I highly recommend Butler Lexus. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

Service was excellent. The facility was top notch. The appt was easy and accommodating. The service rep that greeted me and took the information on my vehicle was pleasant and courteous. And my repair consultant (Rod) was thorough and informative. The vehicle was repaired and detailed afterwards. Thankfully, my part was on site so I got 1 day service (actually only a few hrs). A diagnostic overview was completed and recommendations were presented without being pushy. Overall great experience!

Me and my fiancé came here today hoping to get a car we really wanted and to our surprise we were able to! We were assisted by Mr. Bill Kirk, who was extremely nice and attentive to what needs we were looking for in a car and as well as extremely nice and welcoming. This experience was an oso easy experience (the easiest experience we’ve had at dealerships). Thank you Butler Lexus for helping and working with us thanks to their Financial guy Zack who was very transparent and worked with us to find the best possible option to get us in and out the door with a car as well. Thank you Ms. Bre who handled our payment with care and efficiency. We wanted to thank Mr. Bill for taking your time to make sure we were happy before leaving and were met with the best possible outcome. I would definitely come back! Check em out!

We needed service on our RX 350. Reagan Beck was our Service Advisor. She did an absolutely awesome job with scheduling us in quickly, getting our service performed and took care of adding in a complete front brake job that we needed but did not have scheduled. Reagan took great care of us and the dealership was very clean and had excellent space for me to do my work while I was there.
