We had an excellent experience buying our first Lexus from Butler Lexus. Our salesman, Tyrone Tucker, kept us updated daily on the status of when our new car would be in at the dealership. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a new car. Also the technical person who went over all the features of my new car and set up my phone to connect was great. He spent at least an hour with us and also sent me videos to watch on all the features of the car. Overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

The service was excellent! They jumped right in and helped me find the car I wanted within the price range that worked for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Toval and Outlaw were especially great to work with and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire experience was stress-free, and I truly appreciate all of their hard work and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

A special shoutout to Taylor, my service advisor, who was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She checked in with me periodically, reviewed my vehicle’s service history in detail, and even caught a maintenance item that hadn’t been completed previously, making sure it was taken care of during this visit.
