Before going in, I had fast and clear communication with the salesman. The process was fairly easy and smooth from start to finish. I was able to take the car to a mechanic for peace of mind. The car does require a few repairs but I was able to negotiate money off the out-the-door price. Overall I am quite happy with my 2015 Mazda 3, very nice car!

*** UPDATE: experienced a horrible accident in which my 6 day old Grand Highlander was totaled - saved my life!!! Called Butler when I found another Grand Highlander - at a different dealership. Greg was able to attain my new Grand Highlander Eddie (my previous sales professional left). I was paired up with Jamori and what a great experience, once again!! Great deal, and the best two guys to work with. Compassionate for my circumstances and worked with me to be able to drive off with my second tank. Highly recommend the car and the dealership!! Extremely happy with the process of buying a new car. From meeting Eddie at the door, to Greg working to get my deal that I needed. And, Joe in finance. Knew what I wanted before walking in and drove away with my new vehicle!!! Thanks guys!!!!
