I really enjoy the services at Butler Automotive.I have a nice car one of the best I've ever had. I had a mechanical issue recently. I took my car to Butler Automotive to fix. All it was was that some how a connection device got unplugged and it was fixed with no charge, and they didn't try to cover up the simplicity of it by saying that a discussed possible issue was fixed with new parts and everything was fixed with prices quoted and leaving me none the wiser. I'm trying to say that they are honest at Butler Automotive. I would highly recommend going to Butler Automotive for any car needs that you might have. Thank you!

So it's always nerve-racking buying a used car; you can never be sure what is wrong with it. Butler's Automotive shared everything they knew about this car, and they were spot on. I appreciated their honesty, when they could have easily hidden the truth. But the thing I appreciated the most was that after meeting with them and telling them what we were looking for (they didn't have it), they reached out to let us know when they did get one in. ... We've bought a few used cars from them now, and the process is always the same. They are our go-to for used cars!

Gotta truck from here complete crap. Stated they would fix it, took it back to be fixed. They claimed they fixed it, they never fixed it when called. And told him they didn't fix it. They told me to bring it back. I'm not gonna keep driving back-and-forth from Indiana to Kentucky. To bring a vehicle with bad breaks amongst other things for you to claim to fix it for me to have to drive it back that way. No, then he sat there and tried to talk crap about the amount that I paid.i paid 3705.00 total and tried to tell me that I paid $1800 less than what I actually paid, because his response was well, if you would have paid more, then you would have got something better. Save your money, don't go there, Eric. The salesman is a horrible person.
