I walked in and was greeted by Michael promptly. He quickly met me where I was at and responded directly to what I was wanting in a car, he didn't try to sway me to any other cars or add-ons that didn't serve my needs. He was knowledgable about the minute differences in the cars I was looking at and helped make my decision easy. Test driving was quick and painless and I was able to go by myself which was very nice. I wanted to see all of my financing options and he and the finance team were quick to generate numbers for me based on all of the different scenarios I threw at them. They made sure I was fully informed and taken care of as a first-time buyer and really worked with me on my budget to get the best case scenario. I then got to work with Jeff on getting all my financing paperwork finalized. He made that process painless and walked me through everything I was signing before I signed it. Everyone was happy to help me and I got to drive off the lot that same day in a beautiful new car for a great price. They cleaned up the car for me and got it all ready while I finished paperwork and even got the big bow out so I could take a photo with my car. I really appreciated everyone's patience and attention to detail here, and I am proud that this dealership is where I will have the maintenance done on my car in the years to come. Thank y'all!
