The team at Byers Subaru were very patient and extremely helpful. They stayed well after close to help me get into my new car and everyone I met with was very friendly. Sam was super helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for, and he was more than knowledgeable about the cars features! I will absolutely consider coming back in for a new car in the future.

We had a very positive experience. My spouse and I were helping our 24 year old son who has high functioning autism. Communication and language he struggles with. We must have asked 3 or 4 times if we could have a moment alone and they were great. We never received any weird looks or experienced any pushy sales. I also really appreciated them advising my son that he could have financed the car all on his own. That really helped him a lot not just now but for his future. We received a lower interest rate than what we expected so that was an extra plus plus! Also their cashier was the sweetest! Thank you all!

Aidan did a great job. He sent me a short video clip right away, showing me and telling me about the car I had expressed interested in online. I came in and took it for a test drive. They worked with me and did some touch ups on the car. One tire needed replaced but they couldn’t get it quickly, so they replaced all 4 tires with new ones.
