Did not have a positive experience with this dealership, unfortunately. While I had my eye on one particular vehicle and was more or less ready to proceed (easy sale), they made the experience overly complicated and were not willing to go the extra mile to close the sale over an insignificant amount. I was offered one amount for trade-in value on my vehicle and a few days later when following up , I was told that they couldn’t even honor that amount much less budge on any other pricing details, which was already lower than what I was offered elsewhere. They offered me $2000 less trade in value a few days after speaking for no reason at all! I didn’t find that professional and did not want to bring my business somewhere where they couldn’t even honor their own word. I went elsewhere and got more than I asked on my vehicle and made the purchase within an hour! It’s too bad as this dealer is very close to my home and wanted to give them my business. The sales person also didn’t have the answer to many of my questions about the vehicle.. things I would expect them to know about. Didn’t inspire confidence. Anyways, got my new car elsewhere for the exact terms I asked for!

Amazing service by Abdalla and Samer. We were in urgent need of a car, not only did Abdalla provide us with amazing service, he also made sure we get everything we exactly need without trying to over sell and up sell beyond what we had in mind. He also made the entire transaction very smooth and was very responsive between the purchase period and the pick up of the vehicle. Samer from finance was also very courteous and made sure to accommodate our tight timelines and made the financing process easy to follow and understand. 10/10 service and certainly would recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking!

Thank you for your response. I completely understand the situation regarding the loaner vehicle. However, my concern is not about the loaner — it is about the way I was spoken to. When I called for the second time around 4:15 PM simply to follow up and check on the status of my vehicle, Mr. Jaydatt Pancholi told me, “Can you stop calling us.” In addition to that, he was also arguing with me during the conversation. I found the interaction unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I believe it is completely reasonable to call and request an update regarding my own vehicle. This is not about inconvenience — it is about basic customer service and respectful communication. Regardless of the situation, such language and tone should not be used with customers. I have reported this matter to Volkswagen Canada and they also confirmed that this type of wording is not acceptable. I was informed that they will be looking into it. I want to make it clear that my intention in reporting this is simply to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience in the future. As for myself, the only action I can take is choosing not to return to Bytek Volkswagen. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

My new VW had a couple of minor issues at the start, but the team handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure I left completely satisfied. Their commitment to outstanding customer service really stood out, and it made the whole experience a positive one. Huge thanks to Jesse for leading the sale, and to Josh, Ben, and Sid for stepping in and getting everything across the finish line. I also appreciated Joe’s helpful car care tips—such a nice added touch.
