Really wanted to like this dealership. Had a great experience when I bought from them a couple of years ago. The truck I bought had a few dents in it so they had taken a few of the trim pieces off to pull the dents. One of the pieces they broke, and I was promised a new one was ordered. Again that’s been over two years now… fast forward to now, took my truck in for a faulty Turbo Actuator, already knew exactly what the problem was… $200 for them to tell me the exact thing I already knew and to tell me the work wouldn’t be covered by the warranty I bought from them. Here’s what I was left putting back together after they apparently took my glove box off and didn’t put it back on.

No words can express. My BFF sent me here. And she did not steer me wrong. Friendly and they treat you like family. They put up with me so that says a lol. Every one of them was the best help. I thought I wouldn't be able to get a car with my bankruptcy, Luke stayed in touch with me, didn't let me get down about it. Craig got me all set up with painless paperwork, shout out to Dalton for help also! Salt of the earth guys! Only thing I would suggest and had a problem with was the cleanliness of the car. I didn't care about that most. That was my only grievance. Timely manner, professional staff, clean location. Great prices! Tell em Heather sent ya!

I’ve been using their service department for about a year and a half now. I have no issues with the workers. They’ve done a great job and have been courteous and accommodating. However, in one year’s time, an oil change jumped from $70.80 to $94.99. New ownership is going to price themselves out of simple services increasing prices that much.

I had the best salesman ever!! Richard was great!! He took the time with me to make sure I got the car I wanted and was completely satisfied. Luke the manager was also great answering questions.

I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from the Oneonta dealer but was directed to another location to retrieve a tag. This has been an over two month process, that is still ongoing, without resolution. I am currently on my third or fourth temporary tag extension. I have been to my local tag office four times with the same answer: “we don’t have several documents from the dealer.” I have spoken with several people, many that have handed me off to another at these dealerships. I have been promised multiple call-backs but have not received any without my first calling to get someone on the phone. I believe I have been overly patient and attempted to understand the transition of the dealer but have not received the same kindness. I am getting to the point where driving my vehicle is a liability because of the lack of communication and the ability to have a tag.
