Service department employees were very cordial and polite. Glad Brandon is back. My work was done on time in a timely manner however I was disappointed that there was no coffee. No water in the price was increased about $35. Next time I call for an appointment I will be sure to check the price because I’m sure I could drive a little further. Still be at a Ford dealership and not pay that price and have coffee a snack if I want it or cold water is the individual service that builds relationships I hope things get back the way they used to be

The dealership was clean, the service attendant was polite and clear in his explanation. We took our 2022 Bronco Sport in for a recall notice for a power distribution module connected to the battery. He told me he also installed a new battery. Which I felt like was more than they were required to do. But, very good service. I will be taking our Bronco back there for it's next oil change and any other service that is needed.
