Really enjoying my ford explorer they sold me. Sold me a 2021 explorer with a seriously defective and cracked windshield. Asked for help, requests went completely ignored, now I'm in the hole for a new windshield plus calibration and costs. As a disabled person, this really makes life a lot harder and I wish they would have shown any interest in standing behind their cars. Buyer be VERY aware, You're only important until you sign on the line. Update: if you read their response, you can taste the plastic in it. We didn't treat you the way we should be, oh well. They really don't care.
