Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier, and this dealership truly sets the gold standard for how car buying should be done. Even though it’s a large and beautiful dealership, it has that rare family-owned vibe—honest, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely people-focused. Nate, my salesman, was exceptional. He took his time thoroughly explaining every feature of the truck and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He had me drive the Frontier on back roads, main roads, and different routes so I could really understand how it performed in real-world conditions. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. Cody was just as impressive. His honesty and transparency were truly refreshing. He clearly showed me exactly how much the dealership was making or even losing on the deal and walked me through what they were getting out of it. That level of openness immediately built trust and made the entire process stress-free. What stood out most was how accommodating and thoughtful everyone was. It honestly felt like they were reading my mind—addressing questions and concerns before I even had the chance to ask. That kind of attentiveness and care shows how seriously they take customer service. On top of everything, the financing rate was very competitive, which made an already great experience even better. Had such a great experience with C. Harper! The whole team was great. From the first phone call, to getting the keys (fob), it was extremely easy. No hassle or hiccups. They got the payment i needed without any back and forth haggling. The pictures they took for their website of the vehicle showed everything, and when I arrived to look at it, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. One of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. From helping to find the right vehicle to making the financing process smooth and easy. Anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend this dealership. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I traded my 2019 caravan to them with little under 60k miles. They acted like I was crazy for wanting 12 for it bc it had 2 scratches and was dirty inside(I have kids) the salesman told me not to clean it, as they would send it to be detailed anyway. They also said that they would have to do corrective paint and body work for the scratches. Claimed it was in kbb poor condition, for 2 scratches, dirty inside and one non functioning door(which I provided the part).Mechanically perfect and maintained. Interior when well cleaned was perfect. I provided the part to fix it. They gave me 10. They then listed it for 16325 with a disclaimer about dings dents and scratches. Either way they would have made money on my van and on the car I bought, but to act like they just couldn’t do anymore then 10k was bs. I wouldn’t do business with these guys again.

Kris Berry the sales rep made the atmosphere welcoming and inviting everything I requested he was there even after purchase I will recommend him to anyone. Dylan the manager made everything quick easy and stress free Kahari made everything go smoothly. Even the gentleman in the office next to Kris went out of his way to accommodate us. Originally I wasn't going to go to this dealership but this team of folks is the right mix for a great place to buy a car.
