The sales representative Andrew was great. He greeted us outside, pulled the car for us, showed us all the features. We test drove the car, there was no pressure in buying the car. He did everything we wanted and was quick on paperwork and getting us into our new suv. Thank you for the great and fast experience.

I recently purchased a 2008 Cadillac XLR, which I know is an older vehicle but still a Cadillac and with only 17k miles. First took it here for oil change, which went fine. But more recently brought it here for problems I was having with the retractable hard top. Spent $400 and was told I'd need a new control module, which is very expensive and very difficult to get. So glad I did not follow their guidance since I then posted on the XLR club group and got some great advice, which fixed the issue, AT NO COST! So this dealership basically lost my trust in their ability to do anything more than routine maintenance, which I can get done a lot cheaper elsewhere.

As usual a great experience. Tylor has taken care of multiple vehicles for me. I schedule appointment, let them know expectation of return time, and services needed. The service team has never failed to come through. I’ve never felt pressured to complete recommended work but am always made aware of anything needing attention. The pricing is very competitive at least on the services I have requested. I’ve worked at multiple dealerships and know how it normally goes.
