We are elated with the high level professionalism, efficiency, and incredible service from Reneh B. and Bill at Beverly Hills Cadillac. My husband called Reneh about an Optic Premium Sport that was in transit. I had very specific needs and literally the minute it came into the dealership, Reneh was devotedly texting with my husband for hours, helping us to get exactly what we wanted. He set up the deal the night before. We walked in the next morning, and Reneh was incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgeable and expertly trained me on all car’s features (OMG Supercruise on the way home made the 1.5 hour drive home an absolute dream!) We were in and out of there is less than 2 hours! So efficient! My experience was Cadillac even better than my years with Mercedes. Cadillac is a luxurious brand and experience at Beverly Hills. I was treated like royalty and got such cute Cadillac merch at the end—what a special touch! The Optic is stunning and has every feature I need (massaging/ventilated and heating seats, park assist, Supercruise, among so many other COOL tech!) for a great price!
