This was my first time shopping for an EV vehicle, but did my research and decided that the Cadillac EV lineup was what I wanted to go with for my first electric vehicle. After a "runaround" experience at the first Cadillac dealership in Jackson, MS that I had visited, I decided to go online to search nearby inventory. I came across Cadillac of Birmingham who had a large inventory of EV vehicles with many options on package levels. On their website I was able to narrow it down to two cars with the options and price point I was looking for. I reached out to the sales team online and got in touch with Hardik who quickly sent all the information requested for the vehicles I was interested in. After a short back and forth I was ready to schedule a test drive. I met Hardik at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and closed the deal.... it was truly as easy as that. The Sales Manager Preston met with us right after returning from the test drive to go over the numbers which were exactly 100% the numbers that had been discussed online by our salesman Hardik (NO added or hidden cost or fees). Hardik sat in our new Cadillac OPTIQ with my wife and I and went over EVERYTHING about the car (and trust me... this being my first EV vehicle ever... I had ALLOT of questions). Hardik answered everything I threw at him, and I truly felt like "I've got this" by the time Hardik was finished. Preston had everything ready to sign. Everything was as expected, he offered us different product and services, and then I signed the paperwork and we were out of there. Thanks to Hardik, Preston, and the staff at Cadillac of Birmingham this was without a doubt the most pleasurable, no hassle, informative buying experience for me EVER... and that's saying something because my wife and I both lease vehicles so we've gone through this process almost every 3 years for the past 15+ years. These guys have actually been in touch with us several times since the day of our purchase to see if we had any questions about the car and to make sure everything was going well with our new QPTQ and all of the services that were included. It's allot.. but I'm comfortable knowing I can reach out to these guys at any time.

Each time I enter the service center everyone is smiling and friendly and makes sure your taken care of. Anyone is willing to go out of their way to assist you if the staff your booked with is busy. Even the processing, return phone calls, and payments are handled well. I give the entire service department 5/5 stars and especially Eric Chandler who has taken care of my Escalade each time. I know the staff is busy but they never make you feel that way-they are always professional, courteous, and eager to help. Nobody is pushy and trying to up charge you or sell you something else or something you don’t need. There was an error made and they took ownership and responsibility for it and had it fixed quickly for me. I have dealt with luxury car dealerships all around the bham area and no service department even comes close to matching Cadillac of Birmingham. Most recently at pick up my Escalade was washed and waiting for me. At other luxury dealerships in the area I have to call them to get status updates and they have my car for longer than ever estimated-but not here they call with updates and everything has been timely to return my car to me. I appreciate great service and that is what you get at Cadillac of Birmingham-thanks!
