I went there to charge my Vistiq recently, and the entire staff was great! They gave us water while we waited, and let my granddaughter use the massaging chair (she loved it). They were friendly, the showroom and bathrooms were clean, and they checked on us a few times. A+ customer service!

I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately placed me on hold to personally verify that the vehicle was still on the lot. Since I live out of town, I requested additional photos and videos. Good afternoon Cadillac of Fayetteville, I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received during my recent visit. The scheduling process for my service appointment was smooth and professional, and the receptionist who handled the service payment was amazing. She was courteous, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition of my vehicle after the service was completed. There were oil stains left on the hood, driver-side fender well, inside the driver door, driver threshold, and center console. I notified the Service Manager, and he immediately came out and personally cleaned the stained areas, which I appreciated. Overall, the front-end customer service was great, but I wanted to bring attention to the cleanliness issue so it can be addressed with the mechanics and prevented in the future. Customers trust the dealership to service their vehicles with care, and leaving oil stains throughout the vehicle does not reflect the level of quality expected from Cadillac.
