Bennett was really nice to work with. He was respectful, thorough, and prompt in his responses. He answered all of my questions and personally picked me up from the airport when I flew in to buy my car. He was very nice to work with, and it was a smooth process for an out-of-state purchase.

Buying my husband’s used Tesla from the dealership was genuinely a standout experience, thanks to Aaron Thomas. From the moment we contacted him, he took the time to walks us through the process. Aaron struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeble, patient, and completely pressure-free. My husband left the dealership excited, confident, and already in loved with his Tesla. I can’t recommend Aaron Thomas highly enough. He turned what could have been a complicated process into an enjoyable one.

I have a Cadillac XT 6 this is my third one that I have owned and my favorite one. I bought it at Cadillac of Naperville and it turned out to be my best experience buying a vehicle and I have had many nice ones over the years I found the vehicle on line made a call and to my luck I ended up talking with Mark in sales I came in and dealt with him and Brad both fantastic guys we were able to make a deal and I was on my way home with it in less than 3 hours no nonsense whatsoever and it was my best experience purchasing a vehicle . It had a solid warranty I had a few minor issues with it and that's when I met Jose the manager and Jeff my advisor and the treated me fantastic always provided me a vehicle and always made it convenient for me to pick it up which was really helpful because I live or 50 minutes away. When I buy my next Cadillac down the road it will definitely be Cadillac of Naperville and I would recommend any else buying a vehicle to buy it there they treat you fantastic.

I’ve brought my Cadillac here a few times for service, and the experience has always been excellent. The service manager really takes care of my car and makes the whole process easy. The lounge is comfortable and has a nice coffee bar, which makes the wait a lot better. Their shuttle service and loaner vehicles are also a great convenience. Overall, a top-notch dealership to work with.
