I had an exceptional experience with Al, a very friendly representative who understood my requirement for a larger and safer vehicle for my children. However, having purchased the vehicle from this dealership in January, I am disappointed to report that it has developed numerous issues within just four months, exceeding the 30-day warranty period. Upon reviewing my paperwork, I noticed that I was charged for an inspection sticker, but it was not applied to the vehicle upon purchase. Initially, I intended to have my mechanic inspect the car, but due to the discrepancy regarding the running board, which was included in the description but not on the vehicle, I had to bring it back to the dealership for rectification, thereby giving me pause. With four children to care for and a monthly payment of approximately $800, the current situation with my vehicle is causing significant distress, especially since I can no longer use it. Furthermore, when I contacted the dealer, they seemed unaware of my purchase, despite my possession of all relevant documentation, including paperwork from Cadillac of Norwood stating that I brought my vehicle to them.

We had a great experience at Cadillac of Norwood. Working with Dorian and others was a pleasure. Paperwork was quick and easy, detail and fixes (on our used car purchase) completed with high standards, and continuous easy communication. Would recommend.
