These guys are exceptional! Luis Soto, Bryan Zechman and Patrick really helped my daughter and myself get out of a sticky situation with another car dealership and made us feel so welcome and catered to our emergency. We were true damsels in serious distress! They made buying a Cadillac the best experience I've ever had. Even tho I live more than 10 hrs away, I am definitely buying my next Cadillac from Turnersville, NJ without a doubt!
This dealership is great. I loved working with the entire team from Nancy to Lee to Jaseli. All of them helped make the transaction process a breeze to complete and made a remote purchase extremely easy! My only complaint would be with shipping the vehicle, but if you are local or within driving distance, this should not be an issue.
Being older buying a car online is tough for me. I like to talk to humans and getting to know people that deal with a little. Working with Keith, Marsh, Lee, and Seth was an absolute pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and patient they helped me get what I wanted. I can’t recommend this dealer enough
I was working with a very nice sales person his name was Brian the manager that appraises the vehicles when you trade your vehicle in does not know what he's doing he lost a sale because he was ripped me off and wasn't giving me the money that my truck was worth. Other dealership were giving me 5000 to 8000 dollars more for my trade in. I was trying to get the most money out of my trade to go to different Cadillac dealership to see who would give me the most. This dealership was terrible and gave me the lowest. You just lost a customer because your manager doesn't know what he is doing. I BEEN buying car for 47 years. I know what my truck is worth.
Brian is the first salesman I’ve bought a car from that wasn’t my family in over 30 years!! He made me feel like a lifelong friend. Really, great guy! Went over every detail of the car that I swore I’d do myself. So happy I allowed him to do so. I’m SO happy with my new car. Drives like a dream.
