I reached out about a 2026 Ram 1500 advertised online for $47,620. I was connected with John who quoted a different price - $54,772 after dealer discounts and rebates. After explaining that I wanted to purchase at the advertised rate he said: “The internet price came from my other store, since the vehicle is shown in their inventory. It seems to be adding some rebates that don't stack like lease loyalty and probably first responder. I made note of all the incentives you qualify for in the difference number I sent previously.” This is considered deceptive by the FTC. I just want to make everyone aware of how they do business, so you don’t waste your time trying to buy things at their advertised price.

I had to take my older jeep in to get some recall work that hadn't been done by a previous owner. Kind of a crappy job usually for dealership service departments. But let me tell you, this place handled it like a well oiled machine. No chaos or judgment. Just professional quality work done in only about 2 hours. Next time im looking to buy another jeep i will be coming here! Great service and people.

last update: they ended up selling the truck for LESS than what I offered them. Interesting way to do business. update: have been trying to buy the same truck for about three months. thought i'd share a pic showing their truck, and what kelley's blue book says the truck is worth. I even gave kelley's a rose-colored idea of the state of the truck, no dents, no dings, and didn't mention the missing tailgate. no idea why these folks think they're justified in asking *over* $10K above the value of the truck, but there it is. try it yourself with any of their vehicles. facts don't lie. original review: tried to deal with them online. they were asking $8000 OVER bluebook for a truck. asked if they would consider a deal *at* bluebook, they wouldn't. then they told me the truck was missing the tailgate and the paint was in bad shape. pics also showed the interior was in terrible shape. not sure how this vehicle should be listed at bluebook, much less $8000 over bluebook when it's in this bad a shape.

As an out of stater buying a used car from an unknown to me dealership made me cautious. After discussing car, terms of sales I found John to be very upfront and honest. Drove up to dealership and found the car to be exactly as described. Purchased car dealing with John and mgr Mark was straight forward and openly transparent. They were even kind enough to store car until I could arrange for options to get the car back to Louisiana. After having the car for a month making some repairs I knew were needed going into the sale the car is as solid as can be expected. Very happy customer !

Buying a used vehicle is often a hit-and-miss experience. I bought from a "big city" dealer in late January, after losing my vehicle in an ice storm.
