I had the most incredible experience at this store. My wife and I bought our first dealership car here, and without a doubt, I will return for my next car here. Luigi is a great person; he helped and advised me on everything, and I am very grateful to him. Definitely recommended

I purchased car here through a listing in FB Marketplace. We paid cash for the car and I had to return it multiple times for an engine light constantly going on. The sales person(who regularly lists cars on Marketplace) kept saying he would get the car fixed and we had a 30 day warranty. In the end after replacing small parts on the car, he gave us Cat cleaner and said it was just a small leak and that Audi's are known for these types of temperamental issues. During the process when I got frustrated returning the car so much, I was also told my warranty would be voided if I had someone else look at the car for a second opinion. I finally figured I had no recourse. But the issue was NEVER corrected from the moment we bought the car. And soon the warranty ended. So we used the cleaner, the light would go off, but always returned. Finally the car just would not start at all. I had it towed to a mechanic (one who has fixed my other Audi regularly) and has a shop which repairs Audi, Mercedes, Volvos and other foreign German cars. The car had over 16 codes tripped since the day we bought it. It turns out it wasn't a minor "temperamental Audi thing" but a bad high efficiency fuel pump causing a lot of the problems. Also the catalytic converter was altered with spacers to prevent it from tripping the oxygen codes(all the time) delaying the engine light response so it could pass a RI inspection. Basically the Cat was BAD in the vehicle. Anyone who knows cars knows these are very costly repairs. I never saw the code list from our sales person Louis, he never showed it to us each time we brought the car back, which makes me wonder if he always knew about the issues. My mechanic said the codes should have been disclosed to us each time!!! The rest of our buying experience went well, so I'm not sure the ownership knew the extent of how dishonest we feel the sales person was, as we only communicated with the sales person and he rarely involved the dealership. The whole experience was very disappointing, as my children had saved all year to buy this car. It was very awful and costly lesson to find the car actually needed over $4000.00 in repairs, before it could be driven. I guess I learned my lesson trusting those who sell cars on FB Marketplace and pay dealerships to complete the deal.

Do yourself a favor keep driving. This is one of the worst used car dealerships in the area. I have bought two cars from here. I’ve had such a bad experience. These guys will take your money and leave you in the dust they buy cars from auctions and just get them where they can sell them and give you a 30 day warranty any problems you have forget it Wrong park put on my car almost blew my transmission. Stay clear of Edwin subcontracts at the dealership.

My best friend and I both bought our cars here. Pretty dope prices for cars that are in awesome shape (with warranties). They clearly put in work. 👌🏽 I’m gonna keep recommending them to anyone I know looking for a used car in RI.

Found what looked like the perfect car for my family on Luis Arturo Pizarro's personal Facebook page. I made arrangements to come from over an hour away to see the car and buy it for his asking price. He refused to give me the address until I was about to come there. I gave him a time frame (since I did not know the address) and when I messaged him to tell him I was leaving now, he told me he sold it "30 minutes ago". I had arranged my day to come buy this car from him and he sold it out from under me, even though viewings are "by appointment only". He apologized but then went on to explain that it was my own fault for not coming earlier - despite having made an appointment. I was only able to learn that this car was being sold by Cambio Auto Sales is by reverse-searching the phone number. I think he didn't want to tell me the name of the dealership, because as I now know, the online reviews of this business are nightmarish. On the bright side, as it turns out, I may have just dodged bullet as so many customers before me bought cars from him that immediately experienced mechanical problems and he doesn't appear to back-up his 30-day guarantee. You would do best to avoid doing business here.
