Just got my 2026 Civic Sport Hybrid and had a great experience with Ash Makkad. From day one, he was very honest and gave me genuine advice instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He treated me like a younger brother and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. He also helped me get a really good trade-in value for my old dodge journey 2012....which I truly appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly, and he was always available to answer my questions. He always answered my calls immediately whenever I need. Moreover he gave me a bundle of coupons for my car maintenance. They were friendly, welcoming, and very patient. Our sales representative, Kevin, was fantastic! very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable with every step, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience all around at Cambridge Centre Honda! I liked the customized delivery options where I could pick and choose the features I wanted more details and a demo on. Kevin was great to deal with - I was already 99% sold on the Si, so I appreciated the extra mile he went with my trade-in, and the quick and straightforward sales experience. I'm not one to write many reviews, but my positive experience at Cambridge Honda, specifically in regards to my interactions with sales rep Ash Makkar, during my pursuit to find the perfect pre-owned certified car, is an exception. Ash admitted he was fairly new in his role, but based on his knowledge, professionalism, attentiveness, and timely responses to the many follow-up questions I had after my initial visit, he appeared to be well experienced. I never felt pressured, always felt my concerns were addressed related to comments on a Car Fax report and he was open to negotiating a deal within timelines and a price point I could manage. He ensured my car was in tip top shape at pick up - for example, addressed a minor paint chips. I was treated as a valued client and a small but meaningful touch of a sign at the front door welcoming me to the Honda Family on delivery day was nice. Thank you, Ash for the positive experience. I should also send a shout out to Tony in Finance and Michelle, the Delivery Coordinator, for making the trade-in, ownership and licencing process, payment and helping with familiarizing me to my new car simple and helpful.
