I highly recommend Cambridge Honda and Joe Penebre on the service desk. It was very easy to book an appointment online at Cambridge Honda. Joe made the experience simple and stress free. They offered a free shuttle to nearby locations while I waited and were prompt in taking me in, diagnosing the issue, and resolving the issue all in one day. Joe was also great with communicating what was going on in real time and calling me back in when my car was ready for pick up. I will definitely be coming back to Cambridge Honda with any issues big or small.

Joshua at the service desk was the best. Unfortunately, I called Parts on Friday and asked about a tire I need to have replaced. They said they would order it have at Cambridge Honda by Friday afternoon. They then transferred me over to Service to schedule my appointment. Then, when I arrived Saturday morning for my service, I was told that the tire was never ordered. And now I have to come back another day to get the work I came in for done.

I went into the service center with out an appointment, I thought I would have to wait or be given an appointment to come back, but I was taken right away. I only had to wait for a little bit over an hour to get my service done. I think that was very very nice of them to accommodate me at such a short notice, I appreciated everything everything checked out. They did all the oil change rotate the tires and told me everything is fine for the winter thank you guys so much.
