We recently purchased a car at Cambridge Mitsubishi and the sale itself was a positive experience. However where I am most impressed is the after-sale in that the dealership kindly held the winter tires that came with my car for me for a month with no charge. Being from Windsor - I was hoping for a local sale of the tires rather than having to travel back to pick them up. There were a number of very patient and kind employees such as Lawrence in Sales and the lovely lady on the phones in the Service department that took the time to assist me in getting my tires sold. The above and beyond compassion for my unique situation did not go unnoticed. Thank you Cambridge Mitsubishi for a pleasurable experience in what could have been a stressful one.
