When we entered the VW dealership, I told Ben Le that I didn’t know what I wanted - did we want a new car, a used car, lease a car, sell our used car, or just shop around? Ben didn’t do a hard sell, but he did answer all our questions. We decided for ourselves, and Ben helped us through every step of the way. He made everything so easy. We’re very happy with our decision to lease a VW Taos.

Great experience with Cambridge Volkswagen. I recently purchased a new Taos and the process was refreshingly straightforward. Ben was fantastic to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all my questions without making it feel like a sales pitch. The sales manager, Shaun, was also great. Both of them were efficient and respectful of my time, which, if you’ve ever been car shopping before, you know is not always the norm! I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf R and, even though the dealership was over an hour and a half away, it was completely worth it! Ben was incredibly refreshing to deal with, kind, helpful, relatable, and not the typical pushy salesperson. When I picked up the car, everything was perfectly taken care of, the vehicle was spotless, and the thoughtful extras like merch and a stuffed toy Volkswagen moose for my mom was sweet. Jamal in financing was also excellent. He stayed late after closing to ensure everything was completed. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. Although he wasn’t in on the day I picked up the vehicle, he called me the next day personally to thank me and congratulate me on my new car, which meant a lot. Ben and Jamal truly made the entire the experience special, and I couldn’t be more happy with this dealership and especially, my new car!

Sorry this was a a very late post but back in early March I was looking for a new SUV and I went to Cambridge VW. I met Ben and he was honestly fantastic.
