Props to Camelback Toyota and to Jacob Q. and Ryan C. for putting together a stellar buying experience. On a Saturday before Cinco De Mayo, the place was BUSTING with people. This dealership knows how to welcome clients and at the same time make clients feel heard, valued and personalized. Jacob's communication before the sales appointment was consistent, relevant and non-intrusive. He worked diligently throughout the whole process from first contact - drive away to ensure the process was smooth, to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, and to deliver the vehicle much, no really, MUCH sooner than I anticipated. When it came time for Ryan (Finance Manager) to work his magic, he was organized, professional, friendly and literally personally invested in not only the purchase process but also in me as the client. He explained every option thoroughly and concisely at the same time. He listened when I declined certain options with NO added pressure, he was forthcoming with sharing his experiences on beneficial options, and at the end of the day we hit the comfortable price point (you know the point after the initial sales pricing discussion when the 'options' hit the table.) I was absolutely completely happy with the way he executed what many might consider the most difficult part of the process. Camelback Toyota gave me a more than fair trade in price for my old car and made it easy to proceed forward with my decision to buy. I live in Casa Grande, Az and trust me, TRUST ME, the drive to Camelback Toyota was more than worth the price and effort. Positive.... Nice multiple waiting areas, kids playhouse, massage chairs, free water and coffee, café Negative...... One massage chair is broken, after 5 hours of waiting there the technician could bot figure out what and why a sound is being made, I asked for a Master Technician and was refused, I asked for a supervisor and spoke to someone who ended up not a supervisor then was refused a supervisor because "they will pretty much say exactly what I say", hidden fees not mentioned prior to touching my car, they won't inform you of hidden fees until you pick up your car, I'm still waiting for them to mail me a survey

I felt that l was taken care of with the issue of my truck. They did a great job. Brandon was very detailed on everything. I had a good experience.
