This is my second time dealing with this team (bought in 2020 and just returned in 2026 for a new car), and they never disappoint. They handled selling my car flawlessly and were incredibly fair throughout the whole process. Tyler, the manager, and the finance manager were all amazing to work with. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and fantastic car-buying experience!

I've been using Camelback Volkswagon for service on my TDI for 5 years and they are the best! Frank, the service manager is consistent, transparent, knowledgeable, thorough, welcoming, and has a great team! On my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to work with Alexander, the service advisor. He greeted me with a friendly smile as I walked through the door; and, made the check-in process quick and easy! I received communication throughout the service via text and picture updates. Alexander was informative, transparent, friendly, with great communication and outstanding customer service! They completed the regular maintenance that I was anticipating based on mileage, along with a few extra things that I truly appreciated and needed! They also did an inspection to ensure everything else was in working order. The inspection resulted in knowing I have a few repairs to make in the near future to keep my vehicle in proper shape (thankfully, it's not an emergency). Thank you Camelback Volkswagon for always taking care of my vehicles and making sure I can keep my family safe on the road! I'll be back soon for those repairs!

If you want high quality service, ask for ALEXANDER. I was in a pretty rough spot and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I drove to Phoenix from LA on Friday for the Suns/Warriors game and got a transmission error 350 miles into the drive (2020 GTI, 60k miles, CPO). I was 10 minutes out from the arena, ultimately made it to safely to the game and went to Camelback VW the next morning. Turned out there was likely a severe issue with my transmission but they wouldn’t know exactly what it was until Tuesday. I had to be back in LA Monday for work so was in a pretty bad spot. Had to decide whether I’d ship my car back to LA, leave it in PHX and fly or drive (rent a car) home and come back a week later, tow the car myself, etc. Felt like there were no good options — it was a pretty brutal day, honestly speaking. Not only was Alexander extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation (he ensured the technicians got me an answer ASAP), he went above and beyond and helped decipher what my best options were to get home. I ended up towing my car from PHX to a VW dealership in LA. It was Sunday so the service department was closed, but Alexander went out of his way to introduce me to someone in the Sales Dept who’d be there the next day and could help me load my car onto the trailer (I’d never towed a car before). He also asked around the dealership to see if anyone could help me get a deal on a rental car (before we made the decision to tow it). As I was alone and didn’t have any contacts in the PHX area, Alexander made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. It was clear he genuinely cared about my situation, and in my experience at numerous dealerships, that is not a given. He continued to follow up with me in the days after to ensure all was okay and that I was properly taken care of at the dealership in LA. If you go to Camelback VW, make sure you ask for Alexander! Couldn’t appreciate him more.
