Let me start by saying that this is how run a car lot. Wow. We found a Tahoe we liked online and drove down to look at it and from the minute we got there we were met with exceptional service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating people. Everyone we came in contact with helped us with any and everything we asked about. We were trading in the vehicle we drove down in and settled on a trade in value and after we settled on the value the employee noticed an issue that we were unaware of with our car. However; they stuck with us and the value agreed upon and still gave us that amount. These are straightforward folks, good people. Don’t find that very often at lots. You can tell this business they run is personal to them, and it matters. I will definitely be keeping an eye on their inventory for my next vehicle. I would drive 3 hours easily just to do business here again.

I wanted to give this review a little over a week before I posted it. Let me begin by saying that I was searching endlessly for a 5th Gen Ram 2500 and I was disappointed by the prices and quality of some of the trucks I had found online until I came across a 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie that was fully loaded in Hattiesburg, Mississippi! I contacted the dealership and spoke with James, he was very polite, and not at all a pushy salesman. I asked him for a video of the truck which he didn't even hesitate to do and was very thorough with it as well! We negotiated a fair price, worked back and forth with my financial institute, and made sure everything was going smoothly! I then flew out from Washington State all the way to New Orleans overnight, took a 115 mile Lyft ride, which Cameron Motor Company didn't even hesitate paying for, arrived at their lot and upon arrival, James greeted me, handed me the keys and had me take the truck for a lengthy test drive! I came back and was immediately in love with the truck! There were a couple cosmetic things wrong with it that James personally took care of before I had even arrived and that just made the overall experience that much better! So I signed the final papers, threw my stuff in the truck, and away I went, embarking on a 2700 mile, 11 state, 40hr road trip back to Washington! There wasn't a single hiccup the entire time and the truck was even more beautiful that I would have imagined! They truly have nothing but the best trucks for sale on their lot! I would absolutely do business with Cameron Motor Company again, even if they are 11 states away! Thank you to James and Cameron Motor Company for everything and im just in love with the truck as the day I arrived there!

I had a great experience at Cameron Motor Company. From the first call James was as helpful as anyone could want. He gave me the information I needed and offered more. I got the truck home and it had a problem that came up that we hadn’t seen before. I called Mark and he suggested I get it back over where he could check it out and repair the problem. I took the truck back home and noticed a slight noise. Once again I call James and we took the truck again and he diagnosed the issue and repaired. The service didn’t stop at the sale. After looking for 2 months I finally found exactly what I wanted at Cameron Motor Co. It was worth the drive from Pensacola, FL. The price was very fair and you can tell they take pride in what they sell. There was one cosmetic flaw I pointed out and they had it fixed in no time. Even after the sell. Something I didn't notice, they shipped me the item and it worked great. Really appreciate the support and would buy from Cameron Motor Co. again.
