I had my car serviced several times at Campbell River Honda. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the front desk is and the vibe is they enjoy their work. I was told how long it would take and if I wanted the free vacuum and wash I might wait a bit longer. I was given the cost estimate and understood completely what service was going to be done. Good as their word I was in and out in the alloted time with an Immaculate vehicle but not before enjoying a comfortable waiting area with complimentary tea coffee and water. My Honda Story... I recently traded my car for a 2018 CRV at Campbell River Honda. Trading in my car for a Honda had been on my mind for two years. I have dropped into the dealership during this time but this month the time was right. I also found the trade-in value to be more than fair. I have owned both a CRV and a Civic and they were wonderful vehicles. Thank you to Noel & the entire team. Someone once remarked that "he is changing the perception of a car salesman." Husband and I went to Honda CR dealership and had a pleasure to be assisted by Kuya Noel (salesperson) & the Honda Team. We told him about the type of car that we are looking for, the features that we want in our car & the main purpose of why we are buying a new car. Upon hearing what we want he then explained the different Honda SUVs . Explaining each car with much details as he could in a level easier for buyer like us who have little knowledge about cars. He also patiently answers all our questions. Also, what I like about Kuya Noel is he is not a“ pushy salesperson” . He provided enough information and let us do test drives on our own with different SUVs for us to have a feel of it. Honda dealership also gave us a good deal in our new car and voucher for future travel. Transaction was fast and when a work needs to be done in our car they did it right away.
