My Wife and I have been looking for an RV for sometime, but when it was time the Entire Staff at Campers INN RV have been OUTSTANDING! They were able to find the RV that was right for us and was able to provide a cost that fit our wallet. Mike Wallace was the best Matchmaker ever! He showed us serveral units and helped us to land on the right one. Paden Hardy is one of the best Sales Manger, no pressure was ever put on us to close the deal, He helped assist Mike and any efforts he needed, just top notch to say the least. Bob the Financial Guy of the team really made the whole process easy and very smooth. He was able to explain all the paperwork and provide suggestions on some options that will really help me out in the future. Clay Phillips the General Manger helped me and My family as I was dealing with a situation, and allowed the flexibly that best suited my family. He and the rest of staff made my whole family feel like I was apart of the Campers INN family and for that I will be so very thankful for that. After my sale was completed the Parts and Service Staff lead by Steve, Romeo, Jamie, Ryan, Jason were all TOP Notch! The Entire Parts and Service department was GREAT, I needed to assistance with some parts that I purchased and if there was ever a problem, the staff was very quick to help order or reorder parts, until I was completely Satisfy. If I ever had a question I know I can call them and they can help me no questions asked. Josh was extremely knowledgeable of all camper makes worked with me on my priorities and narrowed my preferences down to 3 good fit campers. He had extensive knowledge of all 3 makes and I was happy to make a deal on a Grand designs 250ml 5th wheel. Ray my service tech spent a great deal of time explaining the features of this model some of which I hadn’t had before so had plenty of questions which he answered with confidence. This dealership is the real deal no BS and customer first priority. I have no hesitation taking my camper back there for its service intervals.
