# Summary The dealership receives predominantly positive feedback, with customers praising the knowledgeable and personable sales staff—particularly Eddie Lee and Gord—for their patient, pressure-free approach and genuine care for clients throughout the purchasing process. However, one customer reported a significantly negative experience involving alleged undisclosed mechanical issues with a used vehicle and accused the dealership of deceptive sales practices.

We made an appointment with Eddie Lee because he came highly recommended to us from friends of ours who bought their Acura RDX from him a few years ago. We found Eddie to be extremely personable and witty, and thankfully he had no high pressure sales pitch. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features the RDX has to offer, letting the qualities of the car speak for themselves. Eddie was patient, thorough and not in any rush at all, telling us to take all the time we needed. He happily spent about 4 hours with us, and even drove with us all the way to our house to see if the potentially new vehicle would fit into our garage comfortably. We highly recommend Eddie!

I recently purchased an Acura RDX and had a great experience from start to finish. Gord and his team were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything smooth, stress-free, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The customer service was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. I’m very happy with my RDX and would definitely recommend Gord and his team to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an honest dealership experience.

Today January 21st, 2026 we leased another vehicle with Eddie Lee’s assistance. Eddie is professional, practical, prompt and passionate. He has all the details and knowledge to make the transaction seamless. He is a good listener and enthusiastic and never over-bearing. You can tell that Eddie loves his job and the product he is promoting. We will continue to work with Eddie for all our future car purchases

I would give Campus Acura in Victoria zero stars if I could. I purchased a used vehicle from them and quickly discovered significant mechanical issues that were clearly known to the dealership but deliberately hidden from me. The level of dishonesty was shocking. They knew exactly what was wrong with the car and chose not to disclose it. This is not a simple oversight — this is straight-up deceptive sales tactics. Campus Acura represents the absolute worst stereotype of a used car dealership. Slimey, misleading, and more interested in making a sale than standing behind the vehicles they sell. A word of serious advice to anyone considering buying a used car from Campus Acura: Get the vehicle professionally inspected by an independent mechanic BEFORE you sign anything. Do not trust their word, their “inspection,” or their assurances. I learned this the hard way. I would not trust this dealership as far as I could throw them. More to come on this one including youtube song and recording's of Campus Acura's self appointed 'negotiator'. More details to come regarding dishonesty and shady behaviour.

I am very grateful about the service I received this month from Campus Acura on Oak Street, and from Campus Honda on Finlayson, particularly from Assistant Service Manager James Clark at Acura. Recently my Honda Accord, which I had purchased nearly new from Campus Acura just over 5 years earlier, was in urgent need of a major and very expensive repair. James, who had always been kind and helpful in the past, went to great effort on my behalf to obtain approval for Honda to cover 75 percent of the cost. It probably helped that I had kept my car properly serviced, and kept the records, and that the warranty had only recently expired. He made calls, got approval for submission of a claim, and in the end helped save me thousands of dollars in repairs. Then he handed the claim and repair over to Michelle Barker at Honda, who was pleasant and helpful throughout the repair period. James has gone out of his way to be helpful in the past, as well, so I knew I could trust him to be honest and fair about this whole stressful process. I'd heard about Campus Acura's great reputation before I bought my car, and I wholeheartedly agree that they offer great customer service. This dealership looks after its customers.
