It was great working with Curtis, Doug, Gabe, and the rest of the team. They were pros who knew the vehicles incredible well and helped work around our needs and budget to find the right car. All the members of staff were consistently polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We're incredibly happy with our new car and are looking forward to working with the Nissan team for any future purchases we may need. My daughter and I bought a Nissan Kicks today. Had great, friendly, professional service from Rome. Last October I bought an Ariya+ from Campus Nissan, and Kobe, my sales consultant, made the purchase seamless for me. He walked me through the process right from the first test drive to the day I drove it home and made it so easy from start to finish. There was a bit of a learning curve for me switching to an electric vehicle, but Kobe took as much time as I needed to explain all the new icons and details, and has answered any questions I had in the weeks following the purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from Campus Nissan. I live in Manitoba, so this was a long distance buy, with me not having seen the vehicle before hand. I dealt with 2 Sales people and the Finance manager. Never having been there before, I thought I was dealing with a small dealership; that is the feel I got over the phone (when I went there a few weeks later, I saw it was a massive operation!). The Sales people were very kind, professional, patient and personable. They even responded to my texts/emails on their days off! They made this deal as convenient as possible and went out of their way to help me (including bringing the vehicle to a shop to have a BC PVI done which is approved in MB).
