Canmore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

During our travels out West this late summer, we ran into an unfortunate situation with our truck. We had our truck towed to Canmore Chrysler. First person we dealt with was Kevin in the service department. He assured me that we would be taken care and not to worry. Words we needed to hear that day. Long story short. We soon found out repairs to our truck was going to take longer then expected due to parts delivery. Time was a factor since we needed to get back home to Ontario. So now a new truck was the better option at this moment. Kevin introduced us to Sales and Finance Manager Graham Warner. In less then 48 hrs, we drove away in a new 2026 Ram 3500 Diesel. Graham made us a deal we couldn't refuse, no pressure at all. My wife and myself were in tough situation but the whole staff at Canmore Chrysler are absolutely amazing. From Reception desk (Madara, Jackie) Parts (Brent, Ofer) Service (Kevin, Yvonne) and Technician in the shop Matt, thank you so much for your compassion and helping us thru this difficult time. Five days later we made it home safe and sound. We absolutely love the new truck. Big Thank you also to the Owner. Sorry we didn't even get his name. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had a minor but timely issue to address in our vehicle and happened to be near this parts department. Brent welcomed us and was very prompt to offer help. In under 10 minutes he fixed the problem while having a warm and friendly conversation with us. It’s obvious that he is a well-experienced and genuinely kind man to deal with. I had a mechanical emergency as I was driving into Canmore - I called around, and the service department was able to fit me in that afternoon. From the moment I walked in, the service department was incredibly kind and reassuring. The diagnosed my problem that afternoon and I was able to pick up my car first thing the next morning. My car was waiting, clean and fixed at a very reasonable price. I can't recommended the service department enough. They even diagnosed a problem that I didn't mention, but had taken my car to 2 different mechanics to solve - and was told there was nothing wrong. I wish I lived closer to Canmore so I could use them as my default mechanics!

I always trust this dealership to be honest and helpful whatever the situation. Last week I got a flat tire and needed to make a 600km trip the following day. Not only was Kevin and the team at Canmore Chrysler able to get the correct model tire in, but they got it installed in record time during a storm. Thanks guys!
