Canso Ford provided me excellent roadside assistance last night. My motorcycle broke down on the Cabot Trail. Daniel responded with a Canso Ford tow truck. He was friendly and professional. He made sure my motorcycle was safely secured for the long tow down to Halifax

Excellent service and a very professional approach to the customer. The team was helpful, polite, and handled my case promptly. Everything was done efficiently and met my expectations. It's clear that they care about service quality and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this service center and will gladly return in the future for another scheduled service or in case of a car issue. However, what truly deserves recognition is the service center’s response. After reporting a problem, they reacted quickly, professionally, and with great kindness. They handled the issue without any complications and fixed everything properly. I appreciate their customer-oriented approach, willingness to take responsibility, and genuine intent to resolve the problem. Such an attitude builds trust, that’s why I’m giving them a 5-star rating and wholeheartedly recommend this service. That says the most about the quality of their service. Big plus for the interesting touch of displaying a 1924 Ford TT as an exhibit.

I went in April 2024 just to talk about a new vehicle, Left after purchasing a 2024 Bronco, I love my Bronco. Great on gas and nice driving. The service department is top notch not a complaint. They are always willing to help. We got a surprise snowfall last week. I called to see if they could put my snow tires on knowing my tires were bald. They got he in that afternoon. I would recommend them with 5 stars all around.
