I had the most wonderful experience today at Toyota!! I found a used car I liked online and called inquiring about it, immediately I was helped by Bill who understood my budget and was willing to stick to it. He supported me throughout the whole process and made this super exciting as it was my first time buying a car!! He’s very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot and by other car companies. After the purchase Bill even surprised me with a big red bow on the car! I’d also like to thank Austin who helped summarize all of the contracts and financial documents I signed. Everyone at this dealership was super helpful and understood the excitement and big commitment that comes with buying a car. Thank you Bill, Austin, and everyone else!

After my Toyota Prius was unexpectedly totaled, I needed to move quickly to replace my car, and the experience they provided was truly above and beyond. Bill, Austin, and Saif were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They were professional, patient, transparent, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful process. Instead, they made everything smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect replacement vehicle (I went with the RAV4 and love it!), and made sure every detail was handled with care. At no point did I feel pressured — just supported. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the service team, who have been fantastic over the years with my Prius and continue to provide outstanding service. It’s rare to find a dealership where both the sales and service teams are equally excellent, but that’s exactly what you get here. Had a fantastic experience purchasing from Austin Norton. He set me up with one of the first 27 lc250s the shop received. Communication was fantastic, regular, timely and concise. The buying experience was seamless and went very quickly as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Toyota.

We got referred to Andre associate. He was very respectful, assessed our needs and able to advise practical ways in acquiring a new vehicle. He is never boastful and easy to work with. We ended up buying the 2026 Prius and not regretting. What was also awesome was we came at 2pm and left with the new car at 5pm! How awesome was that?!?!
