Tommy and Alex Boyd were amazing. Kind, helpful and at the end of the day I got my DREAM vehicle. While I was on the lot, I saw Tommy attempt to help several people who had questions. He offers to people looking for a point A to B quick cash sale as well as in house financing for those who are looking for something on the newer end. When it came down to it, he even made a spectacular suggestion in regard to my financing and after a quick check at a local federal credit union I drove away a very happy customer. Worst place to get vehicles from! Worst people to buy from! They give you an extended warranty for only 10,000 miles. The car has been in the shop the entire time I have had it!

Rico and William were very friendly and courteous, but I was hit with the old bait and switch. The price they had on their internet page was not the price they tried to sell me on. Claimed they had no control over what was there and the price was wrong. Even asked for my VIN on my trade in, asked me what motor was in it, and offered thousands less than any other dealer. Beware.

For me, Alex did right by me. I got a good trade in value for my old car and got into a newer model car; that, I'm still driving with low miles. They helped me with a better price tag when other places only have high prices for vehicles that aren't worth the window sticker. If you're looking for a good used vehicle with a fair price. Go see Alex. If you have a steady job with a decent down payment or trade-in. I would go there.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Alex in December and I was completely satisfied with my experience at Capital Car Sales.
