After having a bad experience at Jack Carter 3 years in a row, along with the service manager ignoring my email when bringing the bad experiences to his attention, I decided to take my C4 Z06 Corvette that I've owned for 16 years to Capital Chevrolet, to give them a shot for my annual service. Want to give a shout out to Service Advisor, Dylan and Shop Foreman, Alex. As someone who personally worked in the Automotive Industry for 12 years, they were great to deal with, we're very thorough with everything. I am a very particular, high attention to detail person, they were very patient and professional with me and appreciate the extra care received. I was also glad to know they are a high volume Corvette dealer and have Certified Corvette technicians that are assigned to Corvettes and not have apprentice technicians working on my car. Capital Chevrolet will be my go-to shop now moving forward, as they have earned my trust and met my high expectations.
